GREENFOODEC: Technological alternatives that guarantee the microbiological quality in herbs and spices

The European project GreenFooDec, coordinated by AINIA, has the aim of finding technological alternatives that allow replacing the current techniques of microbiological inactivation, thus solving one of the most demanded needs from the great majority of the European companies of the grocery sector, as it is the maintenance of the inherent organoleptic properties of the product.
