ECODHYBAT: Hygienically designed food equipment: more sustainable, clean and safe

Planta piloto higiene de ainia centro tecnológico   Quantifying the benefits to the European food industry of using hygienically designed equipment that increases its cleanliness and is more environmentally friendly is the aim of the Ecodhybat project. This project co-ordinated by Ainia and funded by the European Union, will demonstrate significant environmental benefits that can lead to savings of between 20-30% water, 10-20% energy or up to 20-30% CO2 emissions.
